Returns Information

At Organic Tots ,  we understand that you want the freedom to shop knowing that if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for refund or exchange within the guidelines below.

We will provide a refund on a product provides:

  • You purchased the product from www.organictots.com.au in the last 14 days and
  • The product is in original condition including all tags and original packaging and
  • The product has not been washed, worn or used and
  • The product is not listed as an exception below and
  • No changes have occurred to the product to render it non-saleable and
  • The product was purchased within Australia.

Please note that the original delivery costs are not refundable on returns.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

How is my order shipped?

 

In Australia all items  Organic Tots labeled Fast Delivery are located in our warehouse in QLD .Dispatch time 1 business days, delivery with AUS post or Sendle in  1-7 days depending on your address. Delivery to other areas via Express Post typically takes 2-3 working days.
Product with no label will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivery can take between 7-20 days depending on which warehouse your items are coming from.

All New Zealand  Organic Tots labeled  orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Due to COVID-19, delivery to New Zealand is taking longer than expected. Please allow up to 10 working days, depending on your region.

Product with no label will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivery can take between 7-20 days depending on which warehouse your items are coming from.

How much does shipping cost?

Free postage applies to all orders above $100!

We provide an instant shipping quote for orders in Australia and NZ. All items are posted via Sendle and Auspost.

What if my order doesn’t arrive at the expected time?

First, check if your order has been delivered using the tracking number sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

If the order was unable to fit in your letterbox or no one was home to receive it, you may have an Australia Post “Item Awaiting Collection” or “Safe Drop” card in your letterbox or under your door with further instructions.
